Legendary comics creator and noted lunatic Frank Miller will reportedly return to DC Comics to pen a third installment in his Dark Knight series. Miller's 1986 grimdark masterpiece, The Dark Knight Returns, has set the tone for grim and gritty superhero comics for the past thirty years (just see the trailer for Batman v. Superman for evidence). The 2001 follow-up, The Dark Knight Strikes Again, was, shall we say, less well-received. After that, Miller wrote All-Star Batman and Robin the Boy Wonder, what was probably accidentally the greatest comic of the 21st century, and which brought us such memorable moments as this:"
