    I'd negoitate 70-80...

    and forget about working at home for two days... they'd find excuses to get you in... such as there is a meeting today etc. etc.

    Instead make a clean break, see if you can get your days
    off confirmed... and make a stab at building up your freelance work... you are in a fantastic opportunity that you are being partly funded, and you're building up a portfolio of work both freelance and contract.

    Plus... How long do you realistically think you can work for someone else? If things go well you may be gradually decreasing the contract work, and possibly even taking on whole projects for them.
