Sounds great, congrats. Ive been at it for about 14 years myself and thinking bout getting a 'real' job. My concern is that I wont have a resume that reads 'I've worked at this agency for xx years and this place for xx years.'. Everything I know has been self taught.
How did you get the gig? Did you answer a job post or was it through someone you knew? Was it difficult trying to convince them to hire you?
