  btw. I once got the same symptoms as you, sharp pain when turning my neck. made an appointment with my doctor, was something muscle related. got five shots in the back. pain went away immediately. Walked out the doctors office as a new man. But hey, go gorge yourself on avocados, at least they ”taste good”.
