    Been off all crap for just over a month. Feel great and cooking better food making good decisions to keep the flavors amped but healthy.

    Made this tonight, super easy and sooooo good.

    Beef short rib (asian bbq style cut), 2 whole thai chilies ends cut for flavor, shallot and garlic minced, olive oil, sea salt 'n fresh pepper, siriacha on all, triangled cut half an eggplant to absorb flavor juices amd act as magnet for burned crusty garlic shallot bits, mini san marzano tomatoes, on a bed of spinach leaves.

    I licked the plate.
