Collection agency seems like a GREAT way to go!
Yes you wont get all the money but it might make this guy think twice about dicking designers about like this in the future.
Once you get your cash I'd name and shame this guy (anonymously on your part) so that anyone searching for him online will get the truth about the guy.BTW QBN is pretty good for getting google ratings so start a thread with his name and we'll ALL jump in repeating the name etc ;)
