  So i went spear fishing by my house, when i got out of the water my neighbor whos a federal cop came over to small talk I guess, so while we were talking another dude (giant bearded scary lookin mother fucker) walks really close towards us and snaps a picture of us and keeps walking.

  cop asks "do you know him".
  me "no".
  cop "hes probably just coked out of his mind taking pics of random shit".
  me - no verbal response but thinking "I'm being investigated for talking to a federal cop you dumb ass cop".
