For those trying to get ripped for the summer, after bulking up during winter
In the end of your normal workout:
Interval climbing on a treadmill the way i do it:
Set incline to 15 degrees, speed 8-10km/h
(15-20 sec running, 10-15 sec rest) x 10, to get your pulse to 170
No more than 5 min- done!ohhhhhsnap
- did this last night for 5 min. felt good! got my pulse to a little over 170. what does this do exactly?ohhhhhsnap
