also started collecting vinyl with drum & bass and some hip-hop when i was 17/18 at the end of the 90s with dreams of being a dj. got into collecting classic breaks when i started messing around with production. got more into funk/soul/jazz through listening and learning about those records and artists.
my tastes are still the same, though i rarely buy new/current music on vinyl. i still dig, mostly looking for funk/jazz records i never had the pleasure of owning on vinyl.
