Started buy Drum n' Bass records in 1997, now I mostly just buy stuff from second hand stores. Usually Jazz, and weird stuff to sample with the occasional house or techno record that isn't released digitally.
I have one piece of shit Gemini XL-100 that I've had since 97'. I need to replace it because the pitch randomly fucks up for no reason sometimes. I can still beatmatch with the fucker though. I've got an equally shitty Numark mixer that also needs replaced. All the pots and faders are scratchy as shit.
I would like to start buying more albums for listening on vinyl though. Really interested in Funk/Jazz fusion stuff from the 70's. Digging through bins of vinyl is a natural stress reliever.
For dance tracks to dj, I'm sticking to digital and CDJ's.
