Depends on the sit. If you're doing plain ol' html and basic photoshoppery, you may find you're being asked to work at £15-20 p/h. If it's heavier design/flash you can ask £25+ and if you're doing full-on scripting then you can decide for yourself, based on the complexity (£35+). Least, they're the tiers I've become accustomed to recently in London.. but then, I've not set myself up as a proper freelancer, and generally whore myself out as I see fit.
