Good luck with the Kickstarter!
Most important thing to have is a gameplan for your whole campaign. When to seed press/blogs etc, updates to your Kickstarter page (updated videos to show developments).
Went to a great talk a month or so by a company that raised nearly half a million on Kickstarter - was really interesting hearing about their strategy of the campaign.
