If they were getting a patent I'm assuming it was functional and if the technology was functional why not test it out and make off with it basically fucking Carlyle Group which I am all for and sell it on the black market. The Taliban work for Carlyle so they are out but every other anti-imperialism country would be fair game. I'm thinking Russia, Iran North Korea etc.
