pay out the ass for dropbox. I went through the same thing a few months ago and I tried all the other offerings... amz, drive, etc. I settled on drive because it was a lot cheaper. BUT... Syncing across my home and work computer was a crap shoot and it fucked me over multiple times– sometimes it simply wouldn't sync files.
I searched around and apparently it's a pretty common problem. At around the same time my work upgraded everyone to Adobe CC and now I use that for syncing large work files and also use free dropbox for other small files
