Sorry should be Type Area.
Outline your fonts if you're supplying an ai or eps. Make sure you've not got any spot colours in your colour palette.
Oh year, and print people tend to be a bit like plummers.

Quite condesding and pretty annoying but if you're nice they get to be ok.
