they go to meetings, and more meetings... and stand around in the hall before and after the meetings talking on a cell phone or texting, (where the real decisions get made) then go to the meeting and act like it's still being considered even though it's already decided....
...and of course, the real reason they have jobs... they can talk a big game and make brilliant business-case powerpoint reality distortion fields that convince clients and higher-ups to say ok to this stuff...
