  Good editing and masking skills.

  Like ESKEMA said, they filmed someone else kicking the door, possibly used a similar backdrop or masked them into the original footage. Then edited Obama's head onto the actors body.

  Though you could probably have used 3D software to make the body etc but that would take much longer.
