I assume you are talking about the Cintiq. Everyone's response seems to be thinking you are talking about a drawing tablet.
I have the 13 HD and have been using it for half a year. For me, the size is fine, basically the surface area of 8.5x11 paper which is about as big as I would draw on in real life. Plus it doesn't take up much room on my desk. The larger models, besides being way more expensive are desk hogs. Plus, it is way cheaper.
That said, the 1080p screen is crisp but the interface elements are pretty small in photoshop. Hasn't bothered me though.
The actual resolution of the two larger screen sizes is still 1080p, so you aren't gaining any extra workspace, just bigger pixels.
My only issues are some minor light bleed on one of the edges which I can only see when the screen isn't displaying an image. That and I think they need to update the drivers for Mavericks, as sometimes I get a bug or two.
