    I think collective systems are great for medical emergencies and can be effective in cost. The problem I see is that 30-40% of medical cost is from paperwork, bureaucracy, even in private insurance.

    most chronic disease is preventive. Yet I dont see much focus on prevention. education on prevention, but it will save a ton of money. of course at cost of profit to larger political entities. Drug companies in my mind are no different then tabacco companies in the same recard of they want your money through addiction, and who give a damn as long as the FDA has their backs.

    Its a corrupt system for many reasons I wont get into, so how will a corrupt system produce a gold nugget out of medical care.

    What the system propagandizes itself to be and what it is are two different things.
