    I've done 2 months of the 5:2 food thing and I've lost about 4kg (about 9 pounds) - that wasn't the aim but it happened. As many different people did to me, I recommend it, and really can't see going back to the old way.

    Anyone else bothering?

    • I eat one large meal a day every second daydrgs
    • 2 days of fasting a week. About 500 cals on those 2 days. It's pretty popular I believe...MrT
