    probably no question at all... for my current job, I came to visit, meet some people, they asked what kind of workspace I would need. I kept wondering when they'd ask some probing questions aimed at finding out whether or not I was actually qualified or had just lied on my resume. Nope, they'd already decided to hire me even before we had met (found out later that they'd never checked my references either). I got a bad feeling about the situation, thinking, wow, they could easily hire a raving maniac if his resume looks good and he can put up a friendly front for a few hours... Sure enough, a month later, they hired a raving maniac with a deceptive resume who has made my life here rather hellish for the last year and will ultimately be the number one reason I cite when I leave.
