OK wtf is this supposed to be, inspiring?? This is clearly the biggest waste of resources I have ever seen. I don't care if it's taxpayer money or a private institution, these crippled people don't need special swings made for themselves.
What they need is something that utilises their awesomeness, like a ramp into an airbg, and a rollercoaster type train tracks thing.
