    I don't think you can argue this in abstract. One page is always better if it makes sense. But if the user ends scrolling down a really long page with dozens of fields, might as well separate it into multiple pages or sections, because that way you can save your progress.

    It also depends on the type of thing they are buying. Some products and services lend themselves to instant purchasing while others don't.
