They're obvs sending .docs by email and don't want folks seeing the headers greyed out when they open them (in word) at the other end.
This is not what word is for...
If the letterhead isn't in the header it'll always be anchored to the text.
Use the header and if they want it to look the same everywhere tell them thats why pdf.
- ie. stick it in the header and show them how to print to pdf.kingsteven
