    Day 6 of the Master Cleanse (you "eat" only lemonade with maple syrup and Cayenne pepper) and I am amazed how good I feel -- as if I've been eating regular meals.

    • i did this for a week as well, first day was the hardest, thought i was gonna faint/die. lol the brain plays games. i wanted everything in the fridge. soon after i felt great too. how long are you going for?sea_sea
