Staying at the Trump hotel in Chicago. Sent my brown shoes to hospitality to be shined, explicitly telling them that they are light brown and being assured they could do it using a neutral polish. Shoes were returned with black splotches. I pointed this out, and within two hours I had a new pair. They actually went out and bought me the same shoes. That's service.
