    Bottled my Pliny clone yesterday. A lot of things went wrong up to the bottling, but seems like the beer turned out fine. I can say that it is rather hopy. Now comes the hard part - waiting 2 weeks to get a taste of the end result... Next batch? Maybe a Coffee IPA or something a little darker and heavier, although I'm fine with the IPA for now. Maybe I'll try out that steam beer again? Who knows.
