  Something I only saw mentioned on the day of the marathon, was how there were bomb sniffing dogs at the starting line, and a much heavier security presence than what longtime runners had seen before.

  Russia warned the U.S. that the older brother was seeking to join militant Muslims. No links were claimed to be found, yet look what we have now.
