They are pulling ball bearings out of victims, so they were definitely crude devices, nothing like the Oklahoma City bomb, not nearly as powerful obviously. Maybe pipe bombs of some kind.
Police are looking for someone in a black sweatshirt (narrows it down), and a Penske truck.
