Non-compete:
They can't stop you from working. Non-competes are more for not poaching all their clients and setting up an agency next door. Which you can do, just not from within the company.
Even still, unlikely they come after you, if they did, it's unlikely to be enforceable. You've got to fuck them pretty hard for it to be worthwhile to sue.Notice:
Chances are good they just pay you out your 2 weeks to have you out of the office and not able to do any damage. No 2 weeks could hurt you in the future when a new employer or client calls around asking about you.
