    Just mix it up. There are so many things you can easily make, from Tofu (I sautee cubes in olive oil, with soy sauce and brewer's yeast - the yeast adds a wonderful flavor), add veggies, etc.
    Veggie burgers are great, too, but don't get the ones that fake the hamburger flavor. My favorites are Amy's California burgers (TONS of flavors).

    Try different recipes. Meat has nothing to do with a dish being good, its just more common that great restaurants serve meat (though that's changing).

    Protein - as noted above, the "where do you get your protein from?" is bullshit. A few nuts a day and you'd be fine. Society is mostly asleep at the wheel!
