I work at a broadcast network, and we have nothing but sony here, as do most other networks, its industry standard. I have 2 sony sets at home and I love them to death. Yeah, they cost a little more, but they are worth the cost. The other brand worth taking a look at is Mitsubishi... but I am sticking with the Sony stuff for me.
