Nope. Up the pixel size (PPI).
DPI is Dots per inch and is for print.
Retina displays, if I remember rightly, vary between 200 and 350ish PPI. It's similar to print resolution but changing dpi won't fix anything for you, unless of course you use inches/cm for your web sizing. If that's the case then PPI/DPI is the least of your worries.
