I do appreciate this show and enjoy watching it, but I'm lost, really, as to where on the arc, or arcs, we really are - they're all stuck in the prison, occaisionally fighting off walkers, sometimes other people - they don't have quest to fulfill, just one skirmish after another, sometimes one of them dies, sometimes another person joins them. But the same things just seem to happen over and over - I'm sort of losing interest, and that bums be because it was genuinely exciting and I've never had patience for anything zombie-related in the past - I just don't care about zombies, they're not scary, they're not even possible - I still find myself scoffing at the idea that there are 'herds' of them, as was mentioned this week. Herds ? Really ? Wandering all day, burning 3 or 4 thousand calories - what are they eating ? I can't just ignore the law of biology that easily - like if gravity stopped working, or the speed of sound changed for a plot point - I can't deal with it. These zombies are sort of fun and very vivid - enough for me to not be entirely exasperated as they interacted with the characters who - for the most part, were pretty genuine, and well cast, directed and performed. Nothing that's happened recently though has developed them significantly enough for me to care. Making someone temporarily insane is always a desperate move, imho even if it did light up the others for a few days. I'm looking for more at this point.

    • i'm in the same boat, the walkers have become a nuisance, like mosquitos in summer._niko
    • I find it super slow and uninteresting at times as well, i'm just hoping they're gearing up foe something huge._niko
    • I get what you're saying but I feel its still very entertaining and better than 90% of the crap on the boob tube.Ramanisky2
    • I think you're over-analyzing zombies. They walk slow and look great when their brains are destroyed.CyBrainX
