  I'm fucked,
  took some fever meds this morning on a empty stomach because I didn't have time for breakfast,
  feeling kinda weird at work so I called my wife to ask about the meds,
  she jokingly tells me, that they could make me delirious or drowsy as fuck,
  got a presentation in 45 min,
  I'm fucked
