  Not to be a complete twat, but I suppose the reason you're having trouble getting anyone from London to fill this gig is — let's face it — salary. Salaries in southern countries in general are lower than in the north, and I expected Portugal especially so. Anyone used to a London salary (which really aren't all that great, either) would jump off a bridge at the prospect of a Portuguese salary.
