haha, nothing like that,
thats good choice then if you're its for a first time use, my s30 was a last year's model,
its just that digicam are quite pricy and its always better to invest in a good one.
sometimes its not the pixels taht count but the quality and features
It also depends what the use of the pictures your going to take for, ie if its for web, you dont have to go for crazy 5mpg cuz you'r downsizing them, so invest in features, but if its used for something like print, then go for it, the more the betterhappy picture taking, hope that helped and sorry if i sounded like a smart ass earlier...
