It profiles Jiro Ono, considered one of the top sushi chefs in the world, at 85 he runs his restaurant that only seats 10 people in a Tokyo subway. His apprentices spend no less than 10 years to learn their skills. Simply amazing the dedication and strive for perfection that this man puts in to his work. Check out the trailer:
