I really like the logo too, and think it's on the money - there are stacks of people doing the handcrafted thing these days and this sits nicely in there but with a little difference.
How about widening the letterforms slightly so you can fit in 'The' without having to curve the M so much? And perhaps shorted the T crossbar so 'The' can be bigger. The curved M is oddly more difficult to read IMHO...
