It's pretty common knowledge butill say it anyway. Tis is where the origin of the world 'lunatic' comes from as it is/was believed that the moon effect people's minds and behaviour.
It makes sense. The moon moves the oceans... We are, as the alien on star trek once put, bags of mostly water.
