since Gordy is referencing html page names it's safe to assume we aren't discussing a dynamic site with url rewrites. I'm of the opinion that having an html page title of "keyword-keyword-keyword-keyword... is better than a folder titled "keyword-keyword-keyword-keyword... with an index file inside - for simpler sites.
Seeing that this isn't a dynamic site (I'm assuming) wouldn't google index "http://www.url.com/foldername/k... better than "http://www.url.com/foldername/k...
Obviously url, header tags, body copy, and text links are the determining factors but ...
