yeah, i wouldnt stay regardless of the counter offer.. even if its a worthwhile counter offer..
think about it.. if they manage to make you an counter offer you would be crazy to turn down, they are going to expect so much more out of you.. its not just going to be here.. have more money for status quo..
they are going to work your ass like a $5 prostitute..
