The new iPhone had better have some actual advancements or Apple will continue to lose more and more marketshare.
I have an iPhone and dig it but honestly the difference between the 4 and 4S was seriously underwhelming.
All the while android-based phones are coming out left and right with quad-core processors, new versions of the OS etc.
If the ruling stands, this is a very short-lived victory for Apple.

- I would. I have a load of devices from all camps, and I am gravitating to Android more and more, especially with 4.1ETM
- I have them for testing and used to always stick to iPhone/iPad for personal. But not so much now.ETM
