Todd is vying to be the next Gus. "We will talk cash when I get this straight." He is playing right into Walt's major point of contention with Mike, Jesse, Gus, and everybody else --- money. The whole season has hinged on this money issue - almost mentioned in every episode this season. And Walt is greedy, if $5M could not sway him, then he is bound to skewer himself on his own sword somehow.
Todd is going to wait, then pounce. Now that Jess is out, Mike is dead, the legacy folks will get shanked, and Lydia will serve as the new distribution hub to the other dealers in the new distribution network. Todd will used the info he knows (methlamine, dead kid, how the biz works), using his jail ties, and knowing how to cook -- all in a bid to put Walt out of business. Or he will use all of this information to make a power move to take complete control and push Walt down to making some sum less than what he was getting before. Walt's family and life will be in jeopardy, in the end he will be lucky to have any family and any money left. His entire plan will come full circle from nothing to everything and back to nothing.
Or he is 3 steps ahead of everyone. Maybe he is socking away some of the "blue" with Lydia as an investment. He is pushing Skylar away so she takes the kids to New Hampshire - to keep them away from danger. He is setting up Todd to take the brunt of the DEA crack down. While he kills off the remaining individuals that know anything about him and his ties to the "blue" - Jesse, Saul, etc. He then takes payments for the "blue" from Lydia in exchange for a percentage and that the business relationship is over when the supply is gone. Lydia wins and walks, the rest die, Walts gets out with a huge bankroll and the family relocates to New Hampshire - and Flynn get's more maple syrup than he can imagine.
