    In all seriousness, there has to be a showdown of some kind between Walt and Hank. Hank MUST catch him; that Walter is right under his nose for the duration of the series must be resolved. I imagine that some sort of stakeout or bust puts the two of them face to face and Hank knows instantly that Walt is Heisenberg, but without any previous knowledge or assumptions. It needs to be an instantaneous "Walt, it's been you this whole time?" I think that Walt, in a moment of wanting to get away, and at that point so swept up in his own power, would attempt to kill Hank to get away, only to be shot by another agent that Walt can't see. He's dead, and Hank is totally consumed with what he just discovered, and the fact that Walt is dead and he can't ask questions, can't work the case and put the pieces together. He's just overwhelmed that his own brother-in-law turns out to be the big meth maker he's been chasing for more than a year.

    Skyler (if she's not already dead from self-inflicted misery) will completely breakdown and finally admit her involvement, but Hank will figure out a way for her to be safe and not face charges, owing to constant coercion and manipulation by Walt.
