    i think if you wanted a gun you could get a gun whether it's legal or not. people who go on shooting sprees aren't normal folk with licenses just sitting around with their guns one day thinking "what to do today... oh i know, kill people", they're crazy fucks who amass guns for a purpose, because they're crazy.
