They'll let anyone graduate. Reinforcement for reinforcement's sake. I think that graduation requirements should be much more strict so that no student can graduate 2nd grade without being able to read proficiently at a 2nd grade level (and so on). If you're going to throw a freakin' party for these guys, it should be for a damn good reason.
