  i amazed when people mistake a logo for a brand let alone a domain name. my street address is a house I can live in? no it is the location of my home. you are not selling a brand you are attempting to sell a domain name that is only valuable to someone who needs it to build there own brand. my advice to someone in this position is save yourself some dough and develop a name of your own. it isn't that difficult.
