    Very nice!
    Don't know which I prefer.

    I don't think the number should just be 72 though as joe bloggs won't put 2+2 together to realise it's meant to be Established 1972.
    I think it needs the full 1972.

    Behind the cog in the second one, what about putting simplified illustration of The Alps or the mountains near the town that the garage is in. Particularly if they are unique shaped hills.
