Main protagonist's partner, who the audience have come to like and really route for, gets shot by the bad guy.
Protagonist leans over his dying friendsaying things like "come on , you can make it" - when his friend obviosuly dies, still kneeling, the protagonist reaches for the sky and yells "Nooooooooooo! You bastard!"
or if in a simpsons epsiode "Maaaandosaaaa!"
